Tenant Administration
A Tenant Admin is the site owner with full control over:
Team member management
Site settings
Branding and colors
All pages and content
Email settings
Team management follows a 2-step flow:
Go to Tenant Admin → Manage Team and click Add Team Member
Enter member details and save
You will be redirected to Manage Roles for that team member
Select role(s) and save
Tenant Admins can assign only tenant-relevant roles.
TenantAdmin
BlogAuthor (create/edit own posts)
BlogModerator (comment moderation)
BlogManager (full blog management)
ContentEditor / ContentPublisher / ContentReviewer
TemplateDesigner / SectionManager / AnalyticsViewer / SupportAgent / Moderator
BlogManager and BlobManager only for blog-enabled tenants
Global roles are hidden by design in tenant role management.
BlogManager and BlobManager only appear for blog-enabled tenants.
If your tenant is not blog-enabled, blog-specific roles cannot be assigned.
Team member creation depends on your tenant plan limits.
If slots are available, use Add Team Member normally.
If limit is reached, the add button is disabled and an upgrade prompt is shown.
You can still edit roles for existing team members even when new-user limit is reached.
Go to Tenant Admin → Tenant Settings
View your current subdomain (e.g., mysite.emotcho.com)
Contact support to change subdomain
Go to Tenant Admin → Branding
Choose primary and secondary colors
Upload logo (if available)
Save changes
